Interdisciplinary Economics
The Center for Interdisciplinary Economics (CIW) researches and teaches interdisciplinary over and beyond the borders of economics. The CIW is responsible for two interdisciplinary bachelor programs and the bachelor of economics, which can be combined with a great number of other disciplines and prepares the students for both practical job experience and a subsequent master program for future teachers. Regarding research the CIW uses economic methods to work in a broad economic and social science area of applications, including economic education, modern political economics as well as organizational economics.
